• Ben Posen B.Ost is trained to diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions so he will usually be able to tell you what is causing your symptoms.
• It is usually safe to give treatment that helps relieve your symptoms
• The journey to the clinic could make your symptoms worse

• If you need prescription pain killers you will need to call out a doctor
• If your pain is so severe that you cannot move at all, or cannot be touched, it may be better to call a doctor or an ambulance. If you are unsure, please call the clinic and Ben Posen will be happy to advise you on your best course of action
• To examine and treat you safely, you may need to be partially undressed. If you feel uncomfortable with this you are welcome to have a chaperone present and you can wear shorts and a vest top.
